Enjoy a 5-course dinner from 6:30 - 8:30 pm by Chef Omar Morales paired with the exquisite wines from The Duckhorn Portfolio hosted by Susan Miller, Duckhorn Rep.

  • 1st Course: Grilled Oysters with garlic butter paired with Decoy Limited Brut Rose.

  • 2nd Course: Roasted Beet Salad with oranges, sunflower seeds, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette paired with Duckhorn Vineyards 2022 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc.

  • 3rd Course: Slow-Cooked Baby Back Ribs paired with Goldeneye 2021 Anderson Valley Pinot Noir.

  • 4th Course: Petite Filet Mignon with potato puree and caramelized onion, paired with Duckhorn Vineyards 2020 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

  • 5th Course: Flourless Chocolate Torte paired with Paraduxx 2020 Proprietary Napa Valley Red Wine.
